Do you ship to North America?
North American delivery is confirmed for each project. Share your location in the brief and we confirm shipping arrangements, documentation and timing for your specific venue.
Do you install the ceiling on site?
On-site installation is arranged per project. We confirm the installation scope, venue access and responsibilities — such as rigging points, electrical supply and lift access — with your venue team before the project moves forward.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on ceiling size, complexity and destination. Once your brief is confirmed, we provide a project schedule covering production, shipping and on-site installation dates.
